This date-centric organization allows users to easily locate notes by selecting the relevant date within the calendar interface. Dates containing notes are visibly highlighted for quick reference.

The "Folder Notes" feature facilitates structured note management through nested folders and files. Users can create, organize, and search within these folders using intuitive search bars. Note customization includes dynamic text coloring; simply tapping a color option above the keyboard and typing allows for easy adjustments. Long-pressing on a file or folder row enables renaming, while an "edit" button at the bottom provides options for deleting or rearranging entries.

The "One Page Note" function caters to quick, ephemeral notes—useful for capturing fleeting thoughts without the need for permanent saving.

To migrate notes from Daily Notes Planner 2, users should utilize the Mac version of Daily Notes Planner (available for free download). From the top menu, select "Cloud" followed by "Save all notes to Daily Notes Planner 3." Since notes are linked to an email account, signing in with the same email across various devices ensures seamless, secure, and instant synchronization.
